+ -1 moreHe did the service, but I wasn?t real satisfied with him. It might have been too much of a challenge for him and I had someone else re-do what he did. I spent under $100 for that work he did.
Description of Work: I used Gerry Macleod for 1 or 2 years ago for some plumbing service.

Description of Work: Repaired Wooden Handycap ramp,removed dry rotted boards and extended hand rails and replaced covering of outdoor carpeting.

+ 0 moreI really like him a lot. He did a very good job. He was here at the house when he said he would be. He gives a by the job rate, and is very fair in his prices. He is clean and neat and cleaned up after himself.
Description of Work: He did work to bring my house up to code, such as get gutters cleaned out, put fire alarms up and a screen built around my air conditioning. He has also worked on the house that I am selling, by putting up blinds and putting in a kick plate. He charges by the job.
