HE WAS PUNCTUAL AND RELIABLE. HIS WORKMANSHIP WAS OUTSTANDING. I FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH HIM BECAUSE HE FELT VERY COMFORTABLE WITH THE JOB HE WAS DOING.

IF I REMEMBER CORRECTLY, THINKING BACK 7 YEARS NOW, I WAS INVOLVED IN ANOTHER JOB AT THE TIME AND THIS MEMBER JOB UNFORTUNATELY SLIPPED MY MIND. INSTALLING TILE ON A PATIO IS A RELATIVELY EASY JOB AND NOT ONE I WOULD HAVE PASSED UP PURPOSELY. FOR THAT I APOLOGIZE.

TED WAS VERY PLEASANT AND EASY TO TALK WITH. NOT SURE IF I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM FOR JUST GROUT WORK. HIS MAIN BUSINESS IS COMPLETE TILE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT. HE IS JUST LEARNING TO DO THE RE GROUTING ONLY. THE JOB ACTUALLY TURNED OUT PRETTY WELL. WE ARE BASICALLY SATISFIED.
