Two Men and a Truck

The move went great. The 2 men had a great attitude despite the cold weather and snow. Well worth the money to have them do the hard work. They packaged all of our furniture with care and nothing was broken.

It went fine, except fo the pirce, and how late the men were arriving. I was told that we would be charged for the move from when the movers left the facility. I didn't think this was a big deal because it was on 28 Street which was close to our house. They were supposed to arrive at 8:00am, at 8:30am I was going to call, and then got busy. They did not arrive until 8:40am. They had gotten lost. So that meant at $130 an hour, I just paid $87 for them to drive to my house. Come to find out there facility is on the other end of 28th street, near 44th street. But when I told them, it usually takes me 20 minutes to get from that part of town (Rivertown Crossings mall is near there), is when they told me they had gotten lost. So that meant they would now need to charge me an additional charge for them to drive back. Thankfully they only charged for 20 minutes. The two men were very nice and worked hard. However we told them we had a couple of large chest of drawers on the second floor, so we had taken the drawers out for them. When we went to check on them, they had already put pads and shrink wrap on them upstairs. Thus we never had an opportunity to put them back in the chest of drawers before they loaded them on the truck. Do so at this point would have taken too much time. So all of the drawers now needed to be loaded on the truck seperately taking up much more space then anticipated. I think this was more of a communication issue, so I don't fault them for it. The only reason I would not use them again was the cost. Another place I checked started charging from when they arrived, and were $70 an hour. The only reason I did not use the other company was because they could not fit me on the schedule on Friday, and our time schedule is very tight.

The experience was fine. The price was okay. They were right on time. I give them an "A" overall.

They were spectacular. They were very good. Not only did they move us they put together all of our furniture too. They were more than accommodating. I have moved several times, they were the best movers I have ever used. They really stood out for me.

I called them and they came and did the job. They were not too unreasonable. They were prompt. They came the day that they said they would. They did not over charge. When they moved us, nothing was broken or anything like that. I was impressed that they did this little job and they did it promptly, and they did it well. They charged us $150 which is the minimum charge. Whenever they leave their headquarters, that's what they charge and that's the minimum. They did a great job. We will use their services again in the future.
