When they showed up, there were 3 people instead of the quoted price for 2. They said they were going to charge me more for this. I told them I did not want 3 people and would only pay what was quoted to me. The cleaning was good, but I thought they were pretty expensive.

The girls were quick, efficient and cleaned everything very well. They were finished early and offered to clean anything else I needed to be done. They were polite and very friendly and real pros.

cleaned my house bi-weekly since July 2013. I never have been so unhappy with any other house cleaning services I had hired in the past. The last time they cleaned my house was on Dec. 19, 2013 on that day they informed me they will come to clean my house around 11:00 am and eventually showed up at 5:00 pm. I had to leave my visiting guest at home to wait for them so I could go and do my necessary shopping. After waiting for them practically all day long they did not even do a very good job of cleaning, the kitchen area, I had to go around do most of the cleaning myself

my first deep clean that was only half done. I called to have someone come out to take a look. They agreed the job was done terrible after the first 8hrs of deep clean (2 girls for 4hrs) Then two more girls came out and cleaned for 2 more hours. I was happy after that. but noticed some of my floors were not being mopped after my next 3 weekly cleanings. I started checking everything that was on the brochure list to be done on a weekly clean and several things were being missed every week for a total of 3 weeks. They didn't vacuum in my basement, didn't spot wipe walls, never mopped my steps or the flooring around my pool table, no dusting around my fire burning fire places, no dusting or wiping window sills in two living rooms, no vacuuming of furniture, no wiping of chair rails, no mopping of my wood floors in kids rooms, no dusting or wiping of my piano, no wiping of wood chairs around kitchen tables, all of which I was told would be done weekly on the first visit. I also left spots of tooth paste throughout the house to make sure I wasn't being overly picky and sure enough the spots would still be in all these places after each cleaning. So if they did do what I thought was being missed , it wasn't done well at all. I made sure the tooth paste smudges were large. I even put them on the carpet and everything was still there after each clean. Some rooms were done ok and then others were not. I called to report what was happening. We were not compensated for a job not done and the staff wasn't friendly about our call to cancel. The only good thing I can say is the girls were kind who cleaned. They just didn't finish the job. I always gave a large tip to only find out Molly maids do not give the tips to their girls. The company pockets all of the tip. I wanted to reward the girls if the job was done well, but none of that happened. After 4 cleanings and $400 later I felt ripped off.

Very professional company. They came out and gave a free estimate, which was very competitive. Arranged bi weekly schedule, honored a coupon from valuepak. Their cleaning crew, which is the same at each visit arrives on time, is friendly and very efficient. They even adjust their cleaning needs to my needs, cleaning our basement and lower floor bed/bath only when requested. They bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment. They change sheets for us on beds and will do any cleaning chore we need. We have been very pleased with their work.

They were great. They were on time. They did a great job. There were no problems with the scheduling.

The first time they came out I was extremely impressed with them; the second time I wasn't real happy, so I guess I'd give them a B overall. I would try them again though.
