During this time, he had the patience of a saint. He never pushed us or became impatient. In fact, if anything, he usually pointed out any negatives of a property. He is a great guy, has a good sense of humor, and is always on his client's side. I would wholeheartedly recommend Don to any house hunter.

We listed our home around 6/15/13, it sold around 8/1/13, which is fairly fast turn around for the area. This was likely due to the marketing methods Don employs. Purchased our current home around 10/1/13 after extensively looking and nit-picking. Don was patient throughout & seemed to have our best interests at heart as well by not sugar-coating the problems in a home or pushing us to commit before we were ready. When inspection issues arose on our current home, the Sellers were less than willing to make some of the major repairs, even after signing the addendum. Don went to bat for us and we were able to sort the matter out relatively amicably with Sellers.
