CONTINUOUS GUTTER SYSTEMS

Mark did a great job on-time and stuck to the budget. I've had large ice dams since the install (due to other roof issues) and everything is holding great. His pricing was competitive and he was very easy to get along with.

I made an appointment with this company to come out and either repair or replace the gutters on the front of my house.  The man agreed to be here at 10am on Thursday, July 31.  That time came and went.  I called them at 10:30am and left a message that I was waiting and questioned if they were still coming.  They never even returned my call.  I called a different company and they came out that same day right when they said they would.  Why do companies do this?  This happens more and more and is so rude and inconsiderate.

I was not happy with their service at all. Continuous Gutter Systems pushed the service date back several times on me and didn't even bother to call. Only after I called wondering where they were, did they let me that they were coming out another day. When they finally did show up, they didn't bring enough supplies and left the job unfinished. Mark Giem (the owner) told me he would be out the next day to take care of it. He wined when I told him that I wasn't going to pay him until he had finished. He finally showed up, unannounced, 2 weeks later. He called me immediately afterwards rudely demanding payment as if I was past due. This was the only time he was proactive in calling about anything. Also, his employee looked like a drug addict that I wouldn't want around my family. He still hasn't supplied the kick outs for the bottom of the downspouts and everytime I call him, he says, "He forgot and that he will bring them right our, yeah right." This company is a ridiculous joke.
