Their representative came to our house to look over the garage and confirm some measurements. They emailed an estimate. Then when we decided to have the installation, they arrived right as scheduled a few days later. The installers were friendly and professional. In about 3 hours the old door was gone and the new one was in. The new door looks great and works well so far!

Update: The door wasn't closing well after a couple of days. So I called them, they sent the installer out. He explained that the problem with with how the garage door opener had been installed previously. He clearly explained what I could do to fix the problem. I followed his instructions and now it works perfectly.

I wanted a new garage door opener because the one we had was under performing and not very reliable. I needed something reliable and the sales representative recommended a less expensive model than the one that I was considering because he had found from experience that this model he was recommending to be more reliable. The installer came out the next week as scheduled, on time, and removed the old garage door opener and installed the new one in about an hour. He also showed us some of the features that were on this garage door opener and asked if we had any questioned for him and if we had any problems with this one or any questions later to give them a call.
