Simply fantastic! We wanted our regular weekly clean, some extras (oven, refrigerator, main level windows), and we wanted a once over two days later after our big annual holiday party. They gave us an amazing deal and went above and beyond for us. When they came back for the post-party Clean, they went so much deeper than we expected...basically re-cleaned the entire main level and basement and even helped with loading dishes, cleaning up party trash, etc. we have used and loved this this company for nearly 18 months now. When Service levels don’t decline, rather keep surprising and amazing us, its a rare thing these days. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAGICAL MAIDS!

I was told they could clean my little house from top to bottom in half a day. They arrived later than they said. The girls missed door jambs, baseboards, closets, and half the basement. They did come back at no charge (arrived late again) and worked for an hour, but there were still sticky fingerprints around the windows, cobwebs galore in two of the closets and in the corners of the kitchen, icky black dog hair between the vanity and the tub. They said they thought it was just the windows I wanted done from top to bottom, but the tracks weren't. cleaned and the window sills still had crud in the corners, along with sticky kid prints on the trim. They didn't even clean the kitchen sink. Based on their price currently posted here, they should have spent at least twice as long cleaning my empty house. I had not planned on leaving any review, but Angie's list sent me an email with a housecleaning special, $90 for 4 labor hours (2 people for 2 hours), regular $100. At the most they were here for 12 labor hours which would have been $300.

We couldn't be happier with the quality and service we have been receiving from this company. They always do a great job!! It such a relief to finally have a cleaning company we know we can count on and trust.

We already use this company for weekly house keeping, but this last week we requested several additional services to prepare for an event. Not only did they do an amazing job, they were very reasonable and fair-priced for all of the extras. They cleaned windows, blinds, ceiling fans, our oven, and inside the refrigerator. We were very happy!

I have now been using this company for over a year. It's safe to say I highly recommend them. In the time I have been using them, they have not missed a single week. They are always very respectful, they work quietly, and I haven't had a single incident of any type (no accidental damage, floor scratches, incomplete areas, etc). Finally, their flexibility has been greatly appreciated, as I entertain on a regular basis; they have changed days, added last minute extra services, and even cleaned on the weekend to help recover from parties and events. I've used many cleaning companies over the years; this company is unquestionably the best.

Week after week they are consistently excellent. I've used many companies in the past, but this one is by far the best. It's nice to be able to just come home to a clean house rather than having to come home and make a punch list of everything that was missed by the cleaners. I highly recommend Magical Maids!

This company was amazing. I needed my oven cleaned and when they were done it looked brand new! I was very impressed with how well my house looked, and smelled when I got home. Also my kitchen floor looked phenomenal, it's a high traffic area so it gets pretty bad. All together I have no complaints about their work, and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends and anyone who's looking for a cleaner to do a thorough job.

There were 2 people here and they were done in 1 hour. I even commented on how fast they finished today. This was their third trip here. The other two went fine. This cleaning was awful. They didn't dust window sills, coffee table was half dusted, one swipe over the end table, missed banisters, tissue on the carpet in the bathroom was still there. I could go on and on but you get the idea. I think 100 for 1 hour of poor work is robbery. I told them up front that my priority was quality and I was having trouble finding it. Well,I apparently didn't find it here either.

These ladies are consistently excellent week after week and we could not be happier. We have a fairly large three level home, yet they never short us in any aspect of the clean. They are professional, and extremely detailed. We highly recommend them!

I had my first cleaning today and I am very impressed. They did a very thorough job and the house looks great. They are coming again next month. I will keep you posted. I'm sure there are other people out there who have similar stories to mine. Give these young ladies a try.

Outstanding work. We wanted to go for an extreme clean following the holidays. Couldn't have been happier. Their work was very detailed. My oven is 11 years old and it looks brand new on the inside again! I highly recommend this company.

Magical Maids exceeded my mother's expectations. They not only cleaned the areas she needed help with, but they covered a lot of other territory that my mother didn't expect. The company gave my mother 4.5 hours of service instead of the 4 hours I paid for. They have no idea how helpful this was to my elderly mother. I would highly recommend this company to anyone seeking housecleaning services.

I was referred to Magical Maids by a friend of mine after a conversation with him about my home needing a deep clean. He said he just had his home cleaned by them and now has them do it on a weekly basis. I don't have a lot of time to clean as I am busy with work and whatnot. So, I went ahead and gave them a call. When I called I explained what I was wanting to have done. They asked if they could come out and do an estimate so they could get a better idea what they were getting into. A young lady, I think her name was Emily, came out and did a walk through with me. She was very polite and straight forward as to what it was going to cost me. They quoted me at $50.00 an hour, as they were going to do a top-to-bottom clean for me and was unsure of how long it would take to do. I agreed to the price and scheduled them to come back later in the week. When the cleaning was scheduled to be done I was going to be at work, so I put my trust in these guys (ladies) to do a great job AND to not mess with my stuff. When I got home later that night, I was very anxious to see how it turned out. I walked through the house and was absolutely blown away! They did such a wonderful job. Everything was clean, smelled really good and they even put some water in my dogs dish for him! This was way more than I was expecting. I called to say thank you and to schedule them to come bi-weekly on a regular basis. I would recommend them to anyone needing their home cleaned.

We already use Magically Maids for weekly cleaning, but we wanted a really detailed clean to get us ready to entertain for the holidays. The detail and quality of this "extra" cleaning was simply outstanding. Our oven is over a decade old and it's looks brand new! Very satisfied! Thank you!

Incredibly well, our expectations were certainly exceeded. Couldn't have asked for better service. I hope to use this company again and again.

First, the owner came out to give me a quote and I showed her all of the rooms. When the cleaners came out, they did not clean my bedroom or bathroom, took the check for the full quoted amount, and never came back. They were supposed to be back every two weeks--never called to cancel. Since then, I have left three voice mail messages and never once have I received a return phone call. Even if the owner decided they couldn't handle another house, whatever, I deserve a call back. I will never call again and will advise against hiring them.
