Description of Work: He accessed the hornets nest and the gutters around the whole house and came by a few days later to spray the areas that needed it. He was efficient and pleasant and careful. The next week he came by to check his work and the situation.

Description of Work: carpenter bee problem, very difficult to deal with but they were extremely helpful when other companies were not.

 + -1 moreHe's the bug man and he sprays our house. His name is Dennis. He's excellent. He calls us ahead of time to make sure that we are home and we are aware because he comes in and he sprays the garage. This guy is really great. I can't even tell one how he looks like because every time I see him he's in the bug outfit. He's totally covered because of what he uses for his supply. He's a great guy. We've paid for 3 applications for 2012 and he price is not bad. He's prompt, thorough and courteous. He calls us up the night before to make sure that we are here or the doors are locked. He seems to be very trustworthy. His quality of work is excellent.
Description of Work: We use Behr Pest Control for pest control. The guy sprays the entire outside of the house because we live on a lake and we've got a lot of spiders. He has been with us for at least 10 years. We have 3 times, from late spring to mid summer.
