 + -1 moreI call Jay or Jason to ask about coming out to give me an estimate for mowing my back lawn and picking up the clippings as my lawn hsd gottenreally long because of all spring rain and I do not have a catcher. He told me he was out of town and would call me and stop by on Sunday evening when he got back in town around 6:00 p.m . We waited and he did not show Sunday or Monday and never called. To this day (6-25-2014) still have not heard from him. Bad Business practice, at least call the potential customer and say you are not coming or am not interested in the job.
