They had a hard job to take a leaning tree down without damaging the other trees . I am very happy of their work ! I will refer them to others

I liked how the owner coordinated the work to be done, as estimated.

The company came out promptly to do an estimate for the project and were able to do the job within a week.

Timely, cut tree/ shrubs according to specifications. Cleaned up debris and left property in great condition. Owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be calling Arbor Tree Tech in the spring.

We will use them again. The tree is huge and we are cutting in stages.

Used Arbor Tech once before, and when a tree fell on the house, Matt made time to come over and take the tree off the roof.

I want to express in my own words how professional and dependable the service was that we received. Mat is a man of his word, and his crew was careful with their tools. They left our property very clean. You would not know that all of that work had been done. They didnâ t leave a single branch out of place.

Responded within hours of request on Angie's list. The owner of the company came out and gave me an estimate and date to start on Sept 28, 2020 Then never showed up on the scheduled date. Claims he forgot to put on the schedule. Rescheduled for Oct 4, 2020, and showed up 3 hours later after I had to contact him to make sure he was still coming out. Arrived at 11:30 am and Within 20 minutes of being on the job the owner was yelling at his crew. Thought that was a little unprofessional to do so in front of your customer. The crew did a good job clearing all the bushes I needed to be removed. This company subcontracts with another company to grind stumps down. It went very quickly and efficiently. Now near the end of the job with just a small brush pile, the owner orders his crew to pack up. The owner stated because it was Sunday his truck was full and could not dump until Monday and said they would come back Monday to finish the job. Then proceeded to tell me he had issues with his crew and had to leave and that he should have never bid on this job and that it was a gift we got it so cheap. I responded back that he (the owner) came out and gave me the quote and he set up the dates to complete the job. And the fact he did not show up on the scheduled dates and time he set. And mentioned how unprofessional he looked yelling at his crew. Needless to say, I would have given the company a better rating because the crew completed most of the job in a timely fashion but the owner does not deserve 5 STAR rating from this experience!! *Your Actions speak louder than words!!*. UPDATE 10/20/2020: I recently wrote a review mainly reflecting the owner's (Matthew) lack of respect for the customer and his workers! ** BEWARE OF MATTHEW and his temper** I would not normally even write a review let alone another review but this owner is very disrespectful. Tonight at 6:30 pm on 10/15/2020, the owner (Matthew), called my cell phone cussing me out and using other derogatory comments in a threatening manner! He mentioned all his comments in my review were accurate and then told me to F** off and hung up! The fact of the matter is... The review had truth behind it and hit a nerve! Matthew came out and put a quote himself on the job. Then, complained he underestimated the amount of work and price and now wants to take it out on me! Note that this review has nothing to do with his workers who busted their backs for this guy! The next step is a complaint to the BBB!
