+ 0 morePros: When Mark's ont he job site he does really great work. He would be an ideal site manager as opposed to a contractor. Mark is trustworthy and nice, but management of time and cash flow causes other issues to arise. Very reasonably priced. Cons: He doesn't finish the projects on time. A 17 day bathroom remodel turned into a 3 month long project due to him taking other projects. Mark's employee's work is not as good as his. Hired someone off Craigslist that he had never met before. Left that person alone at my home with my wife all day after only briefly meeting with him before leaving for another job. If you hire Mark, I would suggest insisting he is on site every day work is being done.
Description of Work: upstairs remodel and downstairs bathroom remodel.
