After a week I called to say nothing was trapped and the parsley he used for bait was dried and wilted terribly. I had to call several times to get him to return my calls. He came out a week later to change the bait to peaches in plastic containers. When this bait was gone I called again and again leaving messages. I never received a call back. I lost my money and still have a groundhog living on my property. I have been scammed! It's been 8 weeks and I haven't heard from him in 6 weeks.

First of all, Erik told us when we hired him that he was going on vacation for a week, however he assured us he had guys working for him that could come out to cover for him. That was not the case. The groundhog sprung the trap the first day and got out and no one came to reset it until Erik came back a week later. We were very patient and understanding of this because Erik assured us he would take care of us when he returned. He came back and we caught 2 groundhogs and 1 possum over the next week. When he came to pick up the second groundhog he picked up the trap and left without a word and without replacing it with another trap. The problem was we still have at least one more groundhog on the berm! I tried contacting him and Trapper Ron multiple times over the next two weeks (both via text and phone call) and never got a response. Unbelievable! If 2 groundhogs were the max (which is not what we agreed on), then okay I would have been willing to pay more! I would have gladly told them this if one of them would have returned my call!! Terrible customer service. I would not recommend them!

Erik was out to our home a few short hours after the initial phone call. He explained the process & set 2 traps. We caught 1 skunk the 1st night, 2 the 2nd and the last one on night 3. Excellent service, we would use the company again, if necessary.

Worth every penny. We had a family of 8 ground hogs living under our deck. Erik was great. We called him on a Monday evening and left a voicemail. He called back the next morning and by Tuesday afternoon two have a hart traps were set up in our back yard. Wednesday morning we had trapped a raccoon. All told we captured 2 raccoons and 4 ground hogs. We'd just sent Erik a text when something was caught and he'd come pickup. Would hire again in a heart beat.

Erik came out to the house. He said that my ladder wasn't long enough to get into the attic.  Over the phone he said he would be looking in the attic.  He was able to get the attic hatch open and he looked around and saw seeds and nuts.  This was evidence of a squirrel so he put traps right in the entrance. He said that he would be back to check on the traps.  It has been over two weeks, he is not responding to my phone calls, and he has not been back to check on the traps.

In May, we noticed a groundhog in our backyard.  A few weeks later, we noticed about 7 groundhogs in our backyard. I looked on Angie's List to find a provider to use humane traps to catch the groundhogs.  When I called Trapper Ron, he answered the phone and was very reassuring (not to mention quite funny)!  He  came out the next day and set up the traps.  He brought one of the guys from his crew, introduced him to me and they gave me very detailed instructions on what they were going to do and what I was supposed to do. I was instructed to check the traps a few times a day and give them a call if we caught anything.  When I called, they came out almost immediately- even on Saturday and Sunday.  One day, my very curious 6 year old son was home when they came by and they took the time to answer his questions and teach him about groundhogs.  Trapper Ron initially told me that they would leave the traps out for 5 days.  When the 5 days were up, we had caught all 7 groundhogs, but they left the traps out for a few more days- just in case.  I was extremely happy with their service and would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone in need.

I called Trapper Ron and arranged a time for him to come out.  He arrived on time and was very cordial.  He looked at our situation and explained what he would do and the cost.  He is highly knowledgeable about wild critters and their habits.and obviously cares about the wild animals that he traps.  He relocates the trapped animals to a safe location which is best for them and for us.
Ron told us what to expect and how long it would take to catch the ground hog and he was right on!  He also trapped a raccoon in the process which was great because the raccoon had been tearing up our front lawn looking for grubs.
Ron rates an A+.  We have already recommended him to one friend and will continue to do so.

Three traps were set and a raccoon was caught the second night.  They determined it was a nursing mother and told me that if there were babies in the attic I'd hear them soon and if so, to call.  Sure enough I heard them the next day and they came out, checked the attic but found nothing.  The babies were (of course) silent and the part of the attic I thought they might be in is near impossible to get to.  I continued to hear them and after several visits back that day and the next, they found the babies. I really appreciated the time and effort they went through to get them out alive and back to their mother (they hold on to the mom in case they recover babies and then release them together).  The guys that came out (Ron & Ethan) were great.  Phone calls to them were always answered and getting the baby raccoons out of the attic wasn't easy.

Very well. He came out, looked down chimney, detected tiny mud footprints on our downspout and pronounced that we had raccoons in the chimney. He recommended, based on his experience and given the season, that they would be gone on their own in 3 weeks or less. He recommended doing nothing because they should leave one their own. However, he recommended getting the chimney flue repaired so that a screen cap could be placed on it to prevent future invaders.

We waited and after just a few DAYS, the sounds stopped. The raccoons had left as he said. We got the flue fixed and capped. He didn't even charge us and he saved a lot of money. We appreciate that he waived his usual inspection charge and didn't try to sell us on a more costly course of setting traps.

We appreciate his honesty and professionalism! He'll be the first we call should we need it again.
