Excellent! Sam does an outstanding job. I was very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and hard work. The carpets and chair have never looked cleaner. I highly recommend this company.

Sam arrived on time, did a wonderful job and left our carpet's spotlessly clean. He is also a "kindred" spirit, soft spoken and hard working! I will recommend again and call for any carpet cleaning we need in the future.

I called Miracle Carpet Care around 9am this morning to inquire about the cost of having the carpet in our finished basement cleaned, as we had a very minor flood a few days prior. Sam provided me with a great price, and offered to come out later in the same day! I booked an appointment for 2pm, and Sam was right on time, even a bit early! He was extremely professional and got right to work on our basement, taking great care to protect our furniture while he worked. The carpet looks fantastic. We'll be sure to recommend Miracle Carpet Care to our friends.

Sam was fantastic! He was quick to respond to set up an appointment (within a day.) We set up an arrival time between 9 and 10, he arrived at 9:30. Sam was very friendly and personable. He surveyed the areas that needed cleaning, got right to work and finished the work in roughly an hour. Our carpet looked and smelled clean and fresh. I would highly recommend Sam and would hire him again.

There was a paint stain that he spend a great deal of time on and greatly reduced the stain which i was very surprised with. He did an excellent job on the rest of the house as well. While he was cleaning i was installing a dishwasher. He asked me if i needed help with that. i would for sure use him again

The name of the business is truly indicative of the services that Sam performs. He did an amazing job in cleaning the carpets throughout our house. Our carpet is about 13 years old and has been stained, dirtied, and worn out by two kids and a dog with short black hair. The cleaning Sam performed was phenomenal. The stains are gone, the original carpet color is back, and the carpet feels like new! We are planning to list our home for sale and I had just assumed that we'd have to throw in some credit money for new carpet. However, after the job Sam did, I may charge a premium for it! The price is a little high, but it was totally worth it. If you think your carpet may be beyond hope, try Miracle Carpet Care first. Worth every penny.

Absolutely professional and stands by their work! Carpet cleaning can be tricky. You must know your carpet/furniture and ask for extra attention in the areas that need it. I had missed spot that was there but hard to see (not obvious depending on natural or lamp light), I didn't even notice the stain until after. Miracle Carpet came back saying they guaranteed their work and were apologetic that they missed it (btw I didn't even know it was there until later when I was really looking). They came back without issue or charge saying they guarantee their work!! There are a lot of options out their and I have used one of the more advertised brands which were fine but Miracle Carpet Care went above and beyond. Not only were they friendly they did more than I expected. I recommend them 110%!

This company did an excellent job and was able to get out carpet stains that other carpet cleaning companies were not able to. I would definitely hire them again.

Great, would use service again

Promptly showed up, started to work immediately, and was finished within an hour for 4 areas of cleaning. We were exceptionally surprised at how some of the tough pet stains we weren't able to get out with our at home steamer couldn't get out that Sam was able to get out. The cleaning quality exceeded our expectations and we would certainly use them again. Could not believe how quickly everything was cleaned for the amazing results we got. A+, not only would use again, but WILL use again as an annual cleaning each December.

Worth every penny. They were professional, they were efficient and my carpets looked and felt amazing afterwards. My dining room chairs looked brand new (I haven't canned the upholstery in 4 years!) Also, I like that they are a father and son team.

This is the second time I have used Miracle Carpet. Sam is very professional and thorough. Scheduling was prompt and during a time very convenient for me. He arrived on time, inspected the rooms that were to be cleaned, addressed the dirtier areas where our dogs normally lie and applied a special 'pet' cleaner. He finished by apply a stain protectant to the bedroom, stairs and living room (additional $45). Will use Miracle again -- I know what I am getting for my money.

They were amazing. We normally have our carpet cleaning completed by a major cleaning company. The other company was not able to come out before Thanksgiving so I called Miracle Carpet Care based on the reviews on Angie's list. Miracle Carpet Care was able to fit us in at the last minute and I am so glad they did! This job would normally be completed by the other company in about 15 minutes and it would look just ok and would cost 50% more. Miracle Carpet Care spent an hour and did a very quality job. They went over the carpet and got out every single spot and even raked and deodorized the carpet. The carpet looks brand new. Miracle Carpet Care also gave me an exact time for the carpet cleaning and were there at that time! I have never had that happen from a cleaning company before. I would highly recommend Miracle Carpet Care.
