Description of Work: I bought a pre-purchased (via Angie's List) "up-to-1000SF" carpet cleaning for the lower level of our home. We had just completed some renovations and it was dirty. There was also some staining but in ~7 month old Stain Master carpets. Overall the carpets look much better and the company was very polite and responsive, but a couple of the stains did not come out. I was told I probably "set them" by not using the right product when i cleaned up. They were black coffee stains which I am sure are tough!

Description of Work: I was not home when job was performed, my spouse was. Was told he was very professional and basic carpet cleaning was well done. But in the areas where the carpeting was dirtier then average, they spots are still there, although they are lighter now. It is for this reason, I cannot recommend this service.
