Miracle Carpet Care

Carpet is only one year old. However, with being on lakefront, as well as an unpaved road, two German Shepherds, it was time for cleaning. Sam was attentive and respectful of our home. Covered flooring at the entry way with a spotless tarp. Took time, care and pride in his work. The carpeting actually looked better than the day it was installed: fresh, bright, stains gone ... noticeably clean. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use again.

Wow! Miracle Carpet Care was great. Sam was prompt in contacting me to set up an appointment. He had good communication as he confirmed the appointment, and then texted me to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, he and his son completed all the carpets in my house in about 1.5-hrs. And they look terrific - got out all of the dirt and other stains. This is one of the best companies I've had work in my own in terms of their professionalism and quality of work. I highly recommend.

Sam is one of the nicest contractors I’ve ever dealt with. His price was very fair, he was able to schedule me quickly and he showed up on time. Best of all, he and his son did a fantastic job. One of the carpets had a large rust stain on it that had been there for quite a while. I was quite sure it would still be there when Sam was done (I was just hoping it might turn lighter and not be so noticeable). Well, that spot completely disappeared! And the carpet on our stairs was mashed down and very dirty. I can’t believe it, but all the carpets that Sam cleaned look brand new! I will definitely be calling Sam again and giving his number out to friends and neighbors.

The showed up on time, were polite, and very professional. Our carpet looks the best since it was brand new. I have been cleaning our carpets, but I can't do anywhere near as good a job as they did. I want them to clean all our carpets from now on.

Excellent. This was the first time I used Miracle Carpet Care but it won't be the last. They did an awesome job on my carpet on my three level home and went way beyond what other companies have done in the past. They were very detailed in their approach and added steps no other professional carpet cleaner had ever done before. They were punctual, professional and in my estimation the absolute BEST job I've had done in any house that I've owned. It was a pleasure working with Sam and Sam Jr.

Sam is very professional, diligent and attentive toward providing clients with superior service. It is evident that he loves his job and being of service. He accepts the challenge without compliant no matter the difficulty. My carpet was heavily stained and he worked tirelessly until the stains were virtually invisible. It is rare to witness someone who truly loves their job and makes the effort to ensure the customer is satisfied. I regret that I did not take before and after photos so that Angie list customers can visualize a job well done! I had an extra work completed and the additional fee was fair and reasonable.
