Description of Work: When I used the provider the add was for 4 areas of carpet cleaned for a specific price. When he got there, it cost me more because the "area" was larger than what was included in the price which cost an additional $35.00. I had a small family, basement and stairs cleaned which I thought would be 3 areas. They should specify the square footage that is included in the price advertised. Overall they did a good job, I just didn't like having to pay additional money the day of service.

Description of Work: The service provided was done very professionally and thorough. Sam, the owner, came to my house to do the work. I have an unusual layout to my house, where the main house is down 24 steps from the driveway and Sam seemed very disgusted that he had to take his hoses and equipment down the stairs. He carried that attitude until he was leaving. His work was quality and pricing was reasonable but I am reluctant to call him back because of his attitude. Maybe he wouldn't want to come back anyway?

Description of Work: Throw away all other coupons- stick with this one. Came highly recommended from a friend with kids & pets (me too). I was not disappointed, will use him again. Got out stains that my efforts couldn't. Did extra stuff on site for fair price. Wife happy, I'm happy. any questions?.

Description of Work: Cleaned carpeting in 4 bedrooms hall, stairs, and family room. Dried in 4 hours like he said it would. Finished work timely manner. Carpet looks great! Best carpet cleaner I have had. I did not know the exact size of the rooms I wanted cleaned when I called the so they gave me a special, but told me they would have to give me final price when they saw the carpet and area to be cleaned. I thought the price was fair. Will definitely use them again.
