Description of Work: When I used the provider the add was for 4 areas of carpet cleaned for a specific price. When he got there, it cost me more because the "area" was larger than what was included in the price which cost an additional $35.00. I had a small family, basement and stairs cleaned which I thought would be 3 areas. They should specify the square footage that is included in the price advertised. Overall they did a good job, I just didn't like having to pay additional money the day of service.

Description of Work: Sam cleaned a large area of carpet in my home including two flights of stairs and some dining room chairs. He seems very knowledgeable about his profession. He called when he was on his way and worked hard to make sure I was happy with his work.

+ -1 moreSam Johnson, owner of Miracle Carpet Care, did the work. I had used his services before and I was so pleased with his work that I called him again. He arrived even a bit early. The off-white easy chair that he cleaned came out like new. A couple of recliners had left some nasty spots on the living room carpet and he got the spots totally out. The carpeting came out spotless. The carpeting is 14 years old and now it looks brand new again! Mr. Johnson told me he loves his work, and it certainly shows. I would not hesitate recommending him. He is extremely professional. I will definitely call him again.
