I would highly recommend this company. The owner performed the work himself. I scheduled my appointment on a day when very heavy snow fell and received a call letting me know he might be 10 minutes late for my appointment. He was not. He was very professional and a very nice guy. I pointed out areas of concern before he began work and he did an outstanding job of removing those stains. My carpet looked beautiful upon completion. I would highly recommend this company. I feel bad that I haven't submitted this review before now. A+ company in my book.

I bought the big deal for the 4 room carpet cleaning for $99. Sam was a pleasure to work with. It was very easy to schedule the appointment. The day he showed up he was very professional and courteous. The carpets look great. I would definitely use Sam and Miracle Carpets Care in the future.

When some of the spots came back, he came back & recleaned. Very good service. I'm glad I used his company.

he showed up relatively on time and he was nice overall. however, this was our first time using a professional carpet cleaner and I was not aware he would be using our water supply to clean our carpets. he informed us that he always uses his clients water supply. I told him I would let him know if our water bill was sky high and he should have informed us of needing to use our own water supply prior may be putting it into job description online. when the job was all done I had to ask for a receipt because he didnt offer one up at the end of the service time. I explained I needed one in order to keep my carpet under warranty through Home depot.

Fantastic - would highly recommend Mr. Johnson. The carpets were cleaned with care and not left wet. All furniture was put on styrofoam blocks.

He was a little late but called to let s know. Didn't rush through our house, did a very nice job , we will use him in the future.

He worked me into his schedule for the date I requested. He arrived when promised and got right to work. He was efficient, extremely pleasant, answered all questions and went above and beyond what was expected. The carpeting looked great when he was done. I will be calling him back to do the carpet on the second floor of my home.

They did a great job and I have no complaints about the service. The workmen needs a little nicer of a truck to arrive in because I second guessed my first impression.

The carpet is decades old and had some ground in dirt. We have had 3 cats for 15 years. This added to the need for cleaning. The results were as expected considering the worn areas. I am fully satisfied with the results. Should have had this done years earlier. We recommend Miracle to anyone needing this service,. satisfied customer.

I was very pleased with the results of the cleaning and with the owner's attitude while here. He was very pleasant and worked diligently on some stains in the carpet. He did a much better job leaving the carpet just damp than some other companies I have used in the past. My only concern was that while he responded quickly to set up the appointment after I purchased a Big Deal offer, he didn't show up as scheduled. Due to a car accident, he had to reschedule, but he didn't call me until after our appointment time. He said he'd try to make it in the next day or two. While I was flexible on dates, he did not get back to me regarding a reschedule, and I did need to plan ahead due to some potential conflicts. He didn't call to tell me the repair was taking an extra day, so in the end I had to call him twice to schedule the new date. He did come and do the job in less than a week, so the only fault I would assign is the follow up communication after his truck had to be repaired. Since he came alone, I did wonder how he handles jobs where there is furniture that needs to be moved. It worked out fine in the end, as the weather was less bitter when he came, and with a truck mounted unit, leaving the door open even a bit during this Michigan winter cools things down pretty fast.

Very professional and courteous. He spent more time and effort than any other carpet cleaners I've had and the results were better than any of the major carpet cleaners in the area. I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them for carpet cleaning.

I called Miracle Carpet Care on a Thursday afternoon and spoke to Sam, the owner. He was very accommodating and agreed to come out and clean our carpets the following Saturday morning. Sam arrived right on time with a big smile and professional attitude. He provided a quote, I accepted, and he went to work. He did a fantastic job and he did it cheerfully. The carpets looked great! I would highly recommend Miracle Carpet Care.

We had a sick cat with a urinary infection and it had done a number on a large area of our great room carpet. It had also barfed on our couch. We had tried and tried to clean the carpet with several of the store brand cleaners and our own vacuum-style steam cleaner. But it seemed to just make it worse. The smell and stains were unbearable. We also had a stubborn old coffee/cola stain right in the middle of the room. Before springing to replace the entire carpet (at considerable expense), we decided to try having a professional cleaning done. Money well spent. Sam was great. Did an excellent job. Prompt, professional and thorough. Called him Monday morning and scheduled the job for Thursday at 9:00am. He arrived on time, surveyed the job, offered a fair price, and completed everything by Noon. The stains that were in the carpet are now gone and it is back to being bright and new looking. After completing everything, he moved the couches back to their positions and put foam cubes under the legs to protect them during the drying process. He also briefly explained the process and how he handled getting the stubborn stains out. Good work, reasonable price and professional follow through = very happy clients. Recommend and would hire again.

Sam did a good job. He was friendly and courteous as well as fast. We will use his services at our home that we will move out of in preparation for the next owners.

Overall it went very well. Sam came at the time we agreed, surveyed the work, measured, and gave me an immediate estimate of the job. The price was agreeable to me, and then he went right to work and completed the job. I was totally satisfied with the work he had done and his professionalism.
