 + -1 moreI called Farmington Center Florist for the second time in the same week to order another funeral arrangement via telephone, since I loved the one that was sent to the funeral I attended earlier in the week. I was mortified when I found out a week later that my friend never received her flowers for her father's funeral. When I called Farmington Center Florist to notify them of the issue the employee I spoke with was very rude and would not take the blame for the huge mistake that was made. I loved the first arrangement that I ordered from them, but I will never order from FCF again because of this awful experience. A word of advice to the owner and manager of FCF, next time a customer has a complaint and would like to speak with you, call them back and handle the problem yourself because there is an obvious issue with one of your employees customer service skills or lack thereof. If this issue does not get resolved you will lose a lot of bussiness.
Description of Work: I ordered flowers for a funeral and the recipient never received the flowers.

Description of Work: Linda is an artist. If you want to send something absolutely amazing to someone (for any occasion), I wouldn't hesitate to refer you to Linda. Time and time again, our company has used her and have gotten amazing feedback from our clients. Her staff also will go above and beyond if you have detailed wishes (such as a gift basket for someone who is ill) and they will personalize the basket for you. Prices are extremely reasonable.
