Called company and scheduled us for next morning. Technician arrived promptly and recoded. Also showed my husband how to do it on his own in the future. Honored the Angie's List coupon we presented.

Very happy. Have used Delet for years, and the same technician came out as about 7 yaers ago when I installed a new door from them. Very professional and punctual. Price is slightly high, but competitive - worth the small premium for the service and quality received.

Replaced rollers on door. It took three tries to get it right but I received no additional cgarges for repeat visits

It went wonderful. They were very professional. There on time as scheduled. I got several other estimates to compare and their's was the best.

I called Tuesday morning to have springs replaced on garage door. They called me back within a half hour to advise what time that day the serviceman would be there. As it turned out, my door was so old, parts were no longer made for it. Serviceman went over types of door available and what would be needed to install it. Within a half hour of him leaving, the office called me with a quote. On the day of installation, the installer called in the morning to tell me he would be there by noon at the latest. He actually arrived at 10:30. He installed the door and even swept up the garage floor after he was done. I was impressed and very, very pleased with the entire experience.

My Garage door opener quit working. The Delet team was able to provide same day service and got it up and running again with no issues. I will look to them and recommend for future business

I would certainly use them again if needed. And I only called them because I found them in Angie's List in the first place.

They did a great job. He was very helpful and showed up how to replace it. We had another issue and they came right out right away and fixed it at no charge. He was friendly and professional.

Called co in AM and they came out by noon done by 1 PM. Very professional and fast.

My 13 year old wooden garage door was looking bad and some of the hardware was broken. I checked the garage door companies on Angie's List and called around to various highly rated ones in the area - most of which I had previously heard about. Delet came out the same day I called. They seemed to have the best prices, and they had an Angie's List discount (which, as it turned out, is the same discount they advertise in coupon mailers). The prices included an extra $50 for removal/disposal of the heavy insulated wood door. After their sales visit, I decided what I wanted and called to order an insulated door. After Delet received the door from the manufacturer, they called to make an an installation appointment for a Wednesday afternoon. (It had to be the afternoon because I could not be home in the morning.) When I got home around noon on Wednesday, there was a phone message stating the installer had come in the morning but nobody was home. I don't understand what caused that snafu, but fortunately it was no big deal. We rescheduled for a couple of days later and the installer showed up on time. (Actually, he was early!) I gave him access to the garage and he was done in about 2 hours. It has been a month since the installation and so far I have been very pleased with the door and how it operates

The gentleman who came out to do the estimate was sincere, friendly and got right to the point while explaining everything to me. He went over having to modify the opening from 7 feet to 6.6.feet due to the loft inside of the garage being in the way. The following week Danny called an hour prior to arriving. He assessed the opening and took my concerns into consideration. He estimated he would be on the job 4-5 hours because he was working alone. Danny finished within the time frame he gave me and he not only made the adjustments to the opening I needed, but did it with the look of a skilled craftsman. It looks amazing and I didn't have to clean up anything, not even saw dust! He even took the old doors for me too! I was extremely impressed with everything about Delet Door Inc. from the estimate and price to the jobs completion. I will highly recommend Delet Door to all my friends!

Talked to Sawman (owner) last fall, he gave me several price options, no pressure. He said it could wait a few months - I called 9 months later, he held the price, then had everything on file, install went great.

We needed a door for side entry into our garage. They came out and gave us an estimate. There were two gentlemen who put the door in and my husband went out right before they finished. There were three bricks that kept falling out when they were trying to install the door. Ultimately, they did a good job and the door was installed correctly. The problem was that they continued to put the door in even though there was the problem with the bricks. We thought that they just needed to put the bricks back in with some mortar. My husband tried it but the bricks wouldn?t go in. I called the company and requested that the owner call me back because we now have a problem that we didn?t have before and I?d like for the owner to look at it. I told the receptionist that I didn?t want to talk to the installer because the work was completed. The installer called back and said that the bricks kept falling out and that it wasn?t his fault. We called back twice and asked the owner to call us back. We have a problem now that the work is done and I wish that the owner of the company would actually call us back. He also could?ve come in when he noticed that the bricks were falling out to let us know, but instead continued to work. Now, we have this brick problem and they didn?t say anything about it. He had the frame in and they were finishing up when he told my husband about the problem. I think that the problem could?ve been averted if they would have just told us about the problem beforehand. All I want is for the owner of the company to come out to look at the problem in the garage.

I bought new french doors to the patio/back yard and a new door from the house into the garage. I waited two weeks longer than I had been promised when the doors were ordered and had difficulty scheduling an install date. The install took longer than it should (have had doors replaced on other homes) and there were screws and debris left in my family room around where the install was. They ran out of time and were unable to install the second door and told me to call and get another date for them to come back out. After they left I discovered the mess in my garage and back yard. The next day when I came into the room where the door was installed, I felt a cool breeze. Then I noticed that I could see sunlight coming in under the door. There was a half inch of nothing under the door - I could look straight out and it was freezing. I called and it took over a week for someone to come back out. I was told by the installer when he called on his way out that I was exagerating and that there was no way that it was as bad as I said it was - he spoke down to me and basically said I was lying. Prior to this, I had measured the gap with a ruler and taken pictures, which I'd and shown to a freind who was appalled at the work, so I knew I was not being unreasonable to ask for this to be corrected ASAP. The installer got there and saw that I was right and started fixing it. The door has never quite swung right and it is difficult to get a good seal. Now that it is warm I tried to use the screen door and it fell off. Finally the second door was installed. Again, a mess was made and left for me to pick up. The work was not done well and was not caulked. I regret my decision to use Delet for the door installation and would never do it again. I believe the installers do not work for Delet, I think they were sub-contractors. Maybe that is the problem.

Repair man was prompt courteous and valuable. He not only replaced the spring for the garage door he also showed me hoe to reprogram the keypad and changed the in the remote control.

Just glad it is done and over with!

When we went to the show room we were very specific about what we wanted, in particulat to color and that we were looking for a finished product. The samples on the floor looked quite nice so we picked the color we wanted, etc. and made arrangements for them to come and measure at our home. Please note that they do not carry any nicer, higher-end door fixtures, etc. so we had to go some place else to order a door handle, doorbell, etc. They had like three choices in colors for the hinges and plates that go in front of the door and I wasn't sure if those colors would be good. They weren't overly helpful letting us know what parts we would be needing; a front door is more complicated that it looks!!! Zivi came and measured for the door and we were clear to let him know we wanted all the trim and parts of the door to match. He did scribble down some notes and I was under the impression that he was ging to write up the specifics and send us an itemized listing with the quote, which never happened. They gave us a date for the door coming in, but that took twice as long as they said the manufacturer had originally relayed supposedly to them. Much later, I called them up to ask about the color of the hinges and some specifics I needed for my door handle. The lady started reading off the items on my order and mentioned the wrong color of door! I immediately told her that the color she mentioned was not the color we ordered! She said that was the color I ordered. Remember, they never sentme my itemized list of what I orderd so I had no proof that I ordered a specific color! She then went on to say that the door had already been stained and that maybe they could have it stripped and re-stained I told her that restaining would make the color too dark. She said she would check with the manufacturer. I spoke to Zivi and he said I did order the correct color - duh!!! He said I would get the color I ordered. Then they call us and we had to drive back down to their place to look at a piece of molding that had been stained, as the lady said, "because she didn't think I would like he color I ordered because it was too dark". What??? So the color looked okay, but I was not overly convinced that it was the correct color. Suddenly their two brownish samples didn't have labels on them??? So the door finally came and it was not finished on the edges, like we requested, and the finish had a high gloss on it which made it look plastic-like (think cheap). Please note that the samples on their floor-room were not high-gloss and we certainly didn't request it. They had to add pieces of unfinished wood and the installers said that was because it wasn't measured correctly??? The finishing caulking also has holes in it and doesn't make the finished-look to the door look very nice and now needs to be re-done. And we still have a long piece of wood at the top of our door that isn't stained to match our door whic we are waiting till nicer weather to stain ourselves. This company is getting a poor rating because we will not do business with them again, we will not recommend them to anyone and they never called us to see if we were satisfied with the finished product!

Stopped by show room and received proposed prices salesman came on time 7 days. Later estimate given was same as proposed price. Installed came as scheduled and did job in 7 hours.
