So disappointed. Debby could only make a morning appointment with me, in spite of the fact I am on more of a night schedule than day schedule. She promised it wouldn't be earlier than 9:30am. I woke up to be prepared for that time. At 10:15am, Debby called to say they squeezed another client in so I could have more time, and would be at my home after that. So, I woke up early, after very little sleep, only to have her totally disregard my schedule. This may not seem like a big thing to many (unless you work midnights), but I found it very inconsiderate and a red flag not to use her services

The representative assisted me in choosing the blinds and was very knowledgeable about the products. The blinds were installed 2 weeks after the order was placed. I am very happy with the blinds and I was also very happy with the installation as well.
Description of Work: Sold blinds and installed them.
