I will never have John Roushkolb paint for us again. Facts: We had used him three times in the past 8 years and had trusted him and his work. This time, in our renovated master bathroom, he got paint all over our brand new tile, brand new chrome Schleuter trim, brand new toilet, brand new tub; he got paint on our existing door frame and power outlet . His response to me pointing these out is that they must be from a painter that previously was in there. (What? They are this paint color; the bathroom used to be light beige; the renovation was all brand new; he saw a gutted room when he came to quote the job.) There are dozens of flaws in the walls, including unpatched, &/or unsanded areas, two unpatched nail holes from pictures previously hanging, bumps/boogers, hairs, drips, gouges, pocks and bubbles. Around the window and all the cut-in areas, the previous color is showing through. He left a section unpainted, said he'd come back with his other ladder. That was almost 5 week ago. After numerous unanswered texts, I told him we'd like a partial refund. He texted, "Good Luck"
