 + -1 moreI would never use them again if I could. The issue is that Henderson is one of only a few places that still does this service. The full process took over a month to replace a broken window. It took them almost a week to come out and measure. It then took them three days (and me pestering them) to get a quote. Finally when I went to order it (and put half the money down), it took two weeks for them to get the glass in. After that, It took almost another week to have someone install it. These guys have consistent attitudes and if you don't know a lot about glass, they will talk down to you like there is something wrong with you. The only reason this place is still in business is because there is no competition.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY DID A PROFESSIONAL JOB ON THE WINDOW AND IT LOOKS VERY NICE. THEY CLEANED UP THE DEBRIS AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED.
Description of Work: THIS COMPANY REPLACED ONE WINDOW FOR US BECAUSE IT WAS CRACKED.
