Jan came on time and was extremely prepared for our meeting. Because I am from out of town, and the property was vacant, I wanted to make my decision quickly and line up the realtor. Once I told her she was hired she had the place measured, photographed and up on line within record time. She held multiple open houses and kept the exposure to the house fresh. Communication was top notch and she kept me in the loop on what was going on. She would also check the property for me and let me know if anything needed to be addressed. Jan also had names of people to help with various projects when I was not in town to take care of things. In addition to Jan's many high qualities she also comes with an added bonus;.her husband John is also a top notch realtor and if Jan was tied up with something John could help with things and was also great with advice. I cannot stress highly enough my satisfaction with this team. I got their names from word of mouth because Angies list didn't have a lot of names listed.
