I have owned a property for 11 years in the Condo Assoc managed by this company. Current Condo Assoc fee is $260.00/month (i.e. $3120/year). Although the individual manager for this property does answer emails, this company charges a fee is one is late with the monthly fees, intervene in owner's decisions (like shutting off service if property is vacated, although maintenance has been taken care of because owner is responsible), cash duplicate checks, and don't perform exterior maintenance at all. They try to fight the last penny to cover anything that is their obligation, and co-owners get tired of trying to get any repairs/service from them. The $260 monthly fee is used to pay for cold water, trash pick up, maintenance of seasonal pool and clubhouse, and snow/fall removal in addition to what they call "beautification." Keeping the exterior of the property well maintained is not only part of this beautification in addition to safety. For example, exterior painting (front) is due since September 2011. 12 months have passed and nothing has happened. I strongly recommend to keep away from any property that is managed by this company.
