 + 0 moreThe FIRST appointment was scheduled for 8:45 in the morning and I made arrangements to take time off of work. At 9:30AM I called the company and asked if someone was on their way. I was told the truck broke down the night before and could not come. I agreed to re-schedule to 5:45PM for a Friday AFTER work. I made sure that the company knew that one route to my house was under construction and not to go that way. (I also gave them a 30 minute window) Nobody called to say that they were either on their way or not coming. I called the company at 6:15PM and only received an answering machine. I left a message for John to not bother to come out. I am still waiting for a phone call to either acknowledge my message or appologize for the inconvenience.
Description of Work: I requested that someone come out and look at my living room ceiling. It clearly needs to be repaired or possibly complete replacement (due to roof leak).
