From Jennifer in the office, to Mike meeting with us at home, and Kathy following up, it was truly a team effort. I was very impressed. Keep up the great work!

 + -1 moreMike was there every step of the way on selling our home. He was always available by cell phone to answer questions promtly and to keep us up to date on how the sale was proceeding. He is a very experienced agent.. I can not say the same for our buyers realestate agent. There was no comparison. Because our buyers real estate agent was so bad there were countless problems but Mike was there to make sure our home got sold. The closing was messed up (see above) and Mike basically spent an entire Friday and Monday, even traveling up to an hour away to speed up the buyers mortgage company closing process, to make sure our home closed on time so we could get into our next house. I really appreciated the work Mike did and the time he took to get our home sold. I would use them again.
Description of Work: Kathy Toth Reality works as a team with listing agents and separate agents for buying. Our listing agent was Mike McGee. He did a great job listing our home. We had an offer at full asking price (thus it was priced correctly) after our firt showing.
