The owner, Trina, confirmed an appointment. I asked if there was anything sooner. She said maybe and she would get back to me. The day before the scheduled appointment, I reached out to confirm details only to learn that she cancelled my appointment and no one would be coming. I'm grateful that I learned in advance but I made all kinds of other plans based on the expectation that my cleaning appointment was scheduled. Now I'm left scrambling. Very unprofessional.

[Member Name Removed], You job was not booked through Angie’s list you purchased a Groupon voucher. I reached out to you several times regarding an appointment and you were not timely in your response. After I was able to confirm an appointment with you for Tuesday at 5pm your response was “it’s not ideal but I will take it”. Based on your response you were not satisfied with the appointment date and time. As a merchant I contacted Groupon with whom you purchased your voucher and asked them to give you a FULL refund so that you could find someone who could accommodate your busy schedule.
