 + -1 moreI called ICS and asked if someone could come out an give an estimate on work to be done on my house. The person I talked to said they could send someone out the next day between 4-6pm. I ask if anyone was available around 9am. I said if not between 4 and 6 would be OK. He said he would find out and call me back. The next day I waited in the morning at home to see if anyone would call or come out, no one did. I stayed home all day expecting someone to come out between 4 and 6, no one did. They did not call to explain and have not come out now for 5 days. I'm done with them.
Description of Work: No services were performed. I tried to get an estimate from the company.
