Excellent communication, for the most part, and great professionalism. They were able to come out and repair a broken furnace and did some rough-in on another building we have, and were very flexible and communicative about scheduling.

When I called the customer service rep was friendly but very efficient. She got a plumber out the next day. Steve came promptly at the scheduled time, look at the problem and gave me an honest estimate for the work that would have to be done. He came back the next day and finished the job. No worries at all. I will definitely use this company again. As a Detroit resident, it's great to have a reliable plumbing service that takes pride in their work. And Steve was very professional.

He came on very short notice and was very good. He actually noticed a problem that we didn't even notice.

The company was easy to contact by phone. They carefully determined whether it was an emergency (it wasn't), and then scheduled an appointment for the following day. The plumber arrived promptly, having phoned a half hour ahead. He gave us an estimate of the cost, worked very efficiently. He was understanding of our 90 year old house and geriatric piping, and helped identify another problem that had just cropped up. We appreciated his explanation of the system he worked on, too. As for other things, he was friendly, took care to keep our cat out of the basement and left the area clean and free of all work materials. We've had other tradespeople refuse to work on our old house, fail to show, leave a mess, etc. This man was great!

I use him all year round. He does a great job!

This company has always been responsive, quality materials, employees good work ethics and good communication skills. The cost of their jobs are cost competitive and hardly no return calls for work already completed.
