+ -1 moreI don't feel he took a good look at the appliance. He told me he would clean the coils and if that didn't work he would come and try something else. The next day it was not working and I had no confidence in their service and will not want to use them again.
Description of Work: He came to look at my refrigerator that was not working properly.

+ -1 moreI've always felt that the service provided was excellent. When I purchased the used washer, the repairman even took away my old washer and dryer! Which saved me the cost of having to disspose of them myself. On time, polite, and resonable as far as price.
Description of Work: Repairman called and came out earlier than expected, which cleared the rest of the day for me. Checked my washer and told me how much it would cost me to repair. As my washer was used(I bought it from them several years ago) I felt I should buy a new one. But had I decided to have the repairs done the service fee would be appplied to the balance.
