B & M Garage Doors

B&M Garage Doors INC completed a garage restoration for my husband and I. The restoration was an insurance claim job. Our first contact with B&M to provide an estimate was Oct 2021, the restoration was fully completed September 2022. Throughout the project Bobbie, Marlon and team was informative, polite and professional.

Marlon came at approximately the time that had been arranged the day before. He gave me an estimated price, and since he had the tools and parts with him, he repaired the garage door in very little time. It was good service. I asked him why it wouldn't break again, having broken this time. He said he thought the parts had been through a lot of wear, and that the wheels in the groove had not been lubricated in a while. So he thought the job was likely to last. Good, personable, competent service.

They gave me an estimated time of arrival and when they saw they weren't going to make that time, they let me know. They have a half-hour call ahead policy and that really impressed me. They're courteous- the tech was apologetic for being late. And their prices are very, very, very reasonable. I would hire them in an instant and recommend them to anyone.
