Mitch was very prompt, polite and diagnosed problem in minutes. Price was very reasonable. Had standing water in basement because of a blockage in sewer main. Clog cleared in minutes. Will hire again when I have home replumbed.

He did some work on our showers 8/30/18, took our money and the next day we started trying to reach him with the concerns that it was not fixed correctly. No cold water in 1 bathroom. It was a Holiday weekend, he was up north and said he would contact us when he got back. On 9/4 he called back I explained the problem and he texted me a YouTube video. I told him that doesn't help me I need these fixed. My husband and I both called and text him several more times. I even text him 9/5 "can you come over Friday after 3pm?" He did not respond to any calls or texts until 9/10. Then he text my husband saying he will refund our money if we give him all of the parts, undamaged. We are not plumbers and cannot take them off. He took our old parts. If we gave him these then we have no water in the showers again. All we want is for it to be fixed correctly, and he refuses to come back and fix it right. Now I have to get another plumber. Do not use! Do not trust him! He does not back up his work! Very disappointing.

I submitted a request online and within moments Mitch had already called my phone and sent a text message. He came out within the hour, did a free estimate, and was able to complete the service right then! Even though we were set for 10am appointment he made himself available at 9am if I needed it.

He came in less than 30 minutes and went above and beyond to fix the problems, all in less than an hour! No messing around!!! With up front pricing, Mr. Ulrich was professional, knowledgable, and very courteous. So if you want that same quality service just like you remember years ago, Trappers and Mitch Ulrich are the ones to call. From now on, no more commercial plumbers for us! Mitch called almost immediately after I put out a request for plumbers. He arrived promptly even though I had to change the original appointment time. He was professional and friendly. He easily took care of my plumbing problem. Mitch made my plumbing ordeal bearable with his open friendliness. I will definitely call him if I need a plumber again.

I was able to get a last minute appointment and was very pleased with the service. Very thorough at explaining steps he was taking. Resolved all the issues. Also Dog friendly !

We overpaid for a Badger Insinkerator disposer by at least $140 installed and it has only a 2-yr (not 3-yr) warranty. Also, it took Mitchell 3 trips to finish the job; one was to clear the clog below the sink drain, another to tighten the nut I showed was leaking under the kitchen sink, and one trip he made to knock and left just before I got there.

I called yesterday, and was able to get an appointment for today. I would have gotten a same day appointment, but I wasn't (not Trapper's) available to do so. Mitchell arrived at the promised appointment time. He was very friendly and courteous (he even had treats for my doggies). He cleared 2 clogged drains, cleaned up behind himself, and his rates were very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the service that I received.
