We have used Bigelow's Outdoor Service for over 2 years for the snowplowing of our driveway. We live on one of the major State Highways and very close to the Gerald Ford Freeway. We get LOTS of snow pushed into our driveway from the city plows and even a smaller snowfall is a huge deal to us when you consider the potential for any part of 6 lanes of snowfall be pushed over into our driveway when a snow event occurs. We had tried other companies before and they were no where near as wonderful as Bigelow. Their staff comes to the house on a schedule so when they say they'll be here, they are. If there is a bigger storm they often show up several times to check and "top off" the driveway to ensure it doesn't get too full of snow, once cleared. We have a turn around and are on a hill and they clear the driveway as if there is never a problem. I am sure we will be using their services again and again for many snowy years to come and I think we will probably branch off to trying their lawn service in the summer, too! If you want reliable, then you want Bigelow. They are extremely reasonable to work with and outstanding to rely on. I expect to have them around for years to come!
