Description of Work: Persistent basement flooding. Had to replace drainage pipes around the basement foundation. This involved cutting around the cement floor of the basement perimeter. It was scary to spend so much, but after so many half measures failed, I took the plunge. Two months later Wayne County had record rain fall and basements all over flooded. Mine was dry as a bone.
