I want to only use one realtor's name here who caused the problem.... Lorrie Bailey Lorrie will deliberately refuse to help out the buyer of the home she sold. We were treated terribly AFTER the closing. No help was made to find out when we were to receive the keys of our new home so it could get cleaned before we moved in and scheduling with the movers, etc. The owners moved out two weeks after the closing! At one point our realtor gave us a date, and I scheduled time off work and for the cleaners and the moving company on two different days of the week (and also cable service). The day before I thought we were to get the keys, I found out we weren't getting them! I had also schedule time off work! When I called her she was very rude with me. I even contacted the Team Leader of the office and a whole week went by without any news from Lorrie! She never gave a clear date as to when we could get the keys. She was vague with our Realtor as well. It wasn't until the last few days before our cutoff time that we got the keys ... 4 DAYS BEFORE OUR CUTOFF! ... and we had to scramble! Another scheduling for time off work, the cleaning company, moving company, etc. And the buyer of our home was anxiously waiting as well so he could have the keys to our home on the same cutoff date! Lorrie gave us a terrible experience! It is so unnecessary for this to have happened. So stressful
Description of Work: Our realtor sold our home and we bought another home sold by Lorrie Bailey, same realty office. Sellers and buyers were given 30 days occupancy which was all well and good until you ask when the keys would be available from the 1st owners of the domino effect. Three families had to get out of their current home on the same cutoff date.

Response from Keller Williams
I am sorry (Member name removed), that this experience was so hard for you. It is very difficult to coordinate all the buyers and sellers and their moving. In this situation, as you stated the sellers were given 30 days occupancy. After 2 weeks, they thought they would be able to move. But they were in their 80's so they didn't quite move as fast they hoped. And I do apologize for being short with you. I am not used to answering my phone to someone screaming. I do believe that the sellers were actually very happy with the experience they had with me as I am still helping them to this day. So sorry that the 4 days earlier occupancy was not enough for you get everything done. I certainly hope it has worked out now
