Flower Delivery Express

I chose this company because for an additional they could provide delivery service on a Sunday. They failed to do so. During the checkout process, the company added a charge of approximately $60.00 as a "credit/rebate" on a future order. When I placed the future, I entered the code to receive the rebate and the money was subtracted from the total. Following that, another charge was added as a "credit/rebate" for another future order. With the scheme of giving a credit then adding the same amount of money as a future credit is a self-perpetuating financial scheme that means the customer never sees a credit or rebate.

I tried to contact the company and no one has responded.

Awful. First, the floral arrangment I chose was not delivered. She sent me a photo of the arrangement she received and I was angry. A totally different arrangment WHICH I DID NOT WANT was delivered. I purposefully chose an arrangement without day lilies because of day lily strong frangance and the recipient has an infant and small child which could affect their breathing capacity. The flowers she received, I know for a fact, were cheaper on the wholesale market than the arrangment I had originally chosen. Second, when it came to cost, numerous fees were added on at the end making the total price equal to and exceeding other florists. Beware and do not use this website for flower orders. They do not deliver the arrangement requested, and numerous costs and fees are added on at the end which are not disclosed on the website. This is a sham as far as I am concerned. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE.
