I read that they have a 30 day return policy to replace plants you are not happy with. I called them this week at some point and I wanted my money back. I sent them pics and they did not respond to the pictures. I asked for a copy of my invoice and when I got the invoice the first problem was that I ordered 50 stella DeOro fans and I received 10. I ordered 15 buttered popcorn and I received 10 and the are suppose to double the fans so it should have been 30. The plants that I ordered are not what I received, they are a junk day lily that grows near composite. They dug the wrong thing or just do not care, I do not know. I receive one that was as pictured and I was happy with it. They sent me one that was white and gorgous. The rest when they bloomed are peach and I hate peach, they are fancy day lilies, some I paid $29 for but they are junk and not what I ordered. The lady argued with me as if her life depended on it. She asked the name of the one I did not like and I told her I could not tell her because the tag that wraps around the day lily broke and she said that was not possible, because they just had put tags on them this year. I said sorry but your plastic was so old it just disengrated in my hand. You are suppose to be able to identify what you get and you wrap it around and then you feed it through. I could not identify them because the plastic was old, in the sun and fell apart. Then I called another Day Lily company an hour and a half from them and they helped me and gave me information to report this. Another said to go online and tell on Dave Scardin. I feel pretty unhappy about it and I want to let others know not to shop here, they hung up on me a one point. This was a very unpleasand and unhelpful person in every way. Some of the day lilies were pricey and I tended to be in the 10-$29 range in most of them. I did have 2 $10 orders that were rebloomers in white and I never saw them, they were not there, just a lot of peach. American Express called them for me and tried to get them to refund my money and the last thing they said was I could dig them all up and get my money back and I read that someone did dig them all up and send them back and they never got their money back.
