 + -1 moreThe work staff would not show up til 10:00/11:00pm and finish at 6:00/ 8:00pm for the next 9 days. They used my tools wore out my saw blades used my power cutting equipment, did not make final clean up and left one uninstalled door. Had to hire another installer to finish the job. If interested,I could furnish you with a five page report I compiled for my attorney. Mr. Pizzo phoned and threaten me with a lean on my property and hung up the phone.
Description of Work: On March 02,2006 received an estimate to Install, sand & finish 253 Sq. Ft. Select White Oak Flooring (3 Coats) total. Remove & replace original shoe mldg. Install ceramic tile in laundry with an assurance that he would finish within four days and his daily schedule would be 9 to 5. They began work on March 20,2006 and started work at 10:00 am. On the second day only one worker showed up. Remains daily schedule was from 10:30 to 6 and 8 Pm. There were no shows on the fourth day. Did not use dust free sanding as promised the second polyurathane coating they were shown several flaws and this continued for the next three coats (a total of 5 coats)the last coating had 45 flaws. This is when I reported the Co. to the BBB & they suggested I call the Attorney Generals Office. The ceramic floor was set and the wash appliances were put in place before required set time,tiles were loosened and the grout fell out. Doors were not sized to fit. Damaged the new clothes washer.

 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH. THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. I GOT A PROFESSIONAL JOB AT A VERY GOOD PRICE. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.
