They did their usual cleaning - dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms and mopping floor on hands and knees. In addition, this time they pulled the furniture in our family room. That means they pulled it from the walls, vacuumed under it and then vacuumed the actual furniture. They have a schedule that they use to make sure that each room gets this treatment on a rotating basis. they did a great job last time.

I did not care for their work.

Maid an appointment for an interview 5 days after my first call. When the date and time for the interview a arrived and past with a no show from Final Touch. At the very least. an odd way to run a business.

Ok job on windows, very marginal on cleaning tracks, and screens were put in backwards. They were called back out the same day to properly place window screens. Price was on the high side given the problems, and the friend who referred us are getting there windows done for $40 less than what we paid for.... very disappointing.

I have had her out a couple of times to do some work for me. She has reasonable prices. The cleaners come out in a 2 person crew, which means the service is done faster. The woman who come out are nice, pleasant and go right to work. In condo's basement; there was a lot of work to do. They scrubbed the floors and cleaned the walls for an example. They got a lot of things done sooner than I thought possible. I also liked that this company was reliable and trustworthy.

They did not have time to complete the job. One person was good . Another one was not a At all doing a good job. First one has to redo some of other one 's not so good work

Very responsive to my emails and did a great job cleaning our house. We have set them up to clean our house on a regular basis.

I called their office to inquire about their house cleaning service. The person I spoke with was polite and enthusiastic, describing their services in detail. We set a date for someone to come to my home to provide a quote, but no one ever showed up. I decided to give them another chance, and left a message on their answering machine to ask for an explanation and asking for them to call me back. No one ever called me.

Very good service, especially for the last minute notice we gave them.

These people are lifesavers!!! Not only did they find a way to squeeze me in on a holiday week and get my housecleaning done (my regular person fell ill and probably will have to stop), they did an extraordinary job!! The house smelled clean. The cleaning was much better than my previous person and I will be looking into having them clean my house on a regular basis! I would highly recommend them to anyone, any time!g

It's always perfect. I love Final Touch. When I have something extra I need done, all I have to do is leave a call or a note. I usually see the same folks, and there are always two people in a team (sometimes more, when there's a big job to be done).

They told me that they provided two people at the same. I am very sensitive to people that work like this for a living, I am in business for myself. They did not listen to me. They could not fit me in the day I wanted and I rescheduled for the next day, which was fine. However, they were very late, about 2.5 hours. I was already in there working away on the flat. Two very fit looking ladies showed up. They were neat, clean, and in jeans. I told them they could use any products I had and that they needed to use mop and glo to clean the floors. I requested extra muscle on the closet. Only one had any work ethic. One managed to take a long time just sweeping. The other went over after her and cleaned. They did not do anything in the closet. They unplugged the plug so the light would not shine in there and moved a suit case to hide it. She put no elbow grease into it. If she couldn't handle it, she should have just told me it was too much for her to handle. Instead she tried to disguise it. She stated that there were some things she could not get out. She did a very good job on the kitchen floor and the bathroom was alright, but most of that was already done. I also asked them not to use the toilet as it was not working at the time. Minutes later they threw something in there. One of them was very chatty and I asked her to please work and talk if she was going to but please do not just stand there. At one point she was getting ready to leave and I told her that she did not do the mop and glo on the floor as I had requested. She did do it, but I had to tell her again to do it. There was no attempt to clean baseboards or anything. They did not do the work of a two woman crew. It seemed like one worked and the other was just there for support. If I hadn't really needed them there, I would not have had them stay.

They are good, not excellent, but good. I haven't had many cleaning companies to compare them to, I've only had like cleaning ladies not an actual company. I think it is well-run and organized. I think they could use a little closer supervision of the weekly crews, the first week they came they did the most superior job ever, and after that every week has been just OK.

Have had this company for over 10 years. Staff has always been on time and has done a good job.
