Fish Window Cleaning

In my experience of dealing with service contractors, this was my worst experience to date. The windows were never cleaned! After one service visit, I called the contractor back, asking them to come back and stand by their work. A second visit was scheduled one week later and the serviceman claimed he couldn't do the job because he forgot his ladder. Who forgets their most important equipment? Finally, a third service visit occurred another week later. After only about an hour worth of work, my windows are still dirty. Also, on the third visit the worker was very rude. Never was I asked if I was satisfied. Disappointing and my worst experience I have ever had.

I was disappointed with the quality of work from FISH windows. They came out and gave us a quote, which we thought was fair, so we scheduled their service. The windows were very dirty going into this job, but the still looked dirty after the job was over. Family members came over and asked when we were getting the windows cleaned, after they had already been done. The glass part was clean, but the inside was still very dirty. The original price quote was for inside, outside, ledges, panes, screens, and cob web clean up. The panes were still very dirty and the outside was still covered in cob webs. I called and explained my disappointment, so a second cleaning was performed, but I was still not completely satisfied. I was not expecting a miracle, just to get all the dirt out the windows so I can could bring my new baby into this home.

We have been using them for years on both our homes. They are excellent and very professional. We have gotten to a point now where we schedule with them over the phone and don't even need to be home when they proform the work. Excellent service for a great price.

When I called the company I spoke with the owner directly, told him I was having a get-together at my house the upcomming weekend, that I would like clean windows for it, and inquired about his availability. Fred the owner told me he could and came to my home within a day or so and gave me a written estimate on washing the outsides of the windows only. I agreed with the price, and scheduled for Friday 10/5/2012 for the windows to be cleaned. Fred was a gentleman, and very proffessional. On Friday morning a gentleman named Joel came to my home to clean the windows, he walked around the outside to see the job, then discussed with me the order of which window comes first to last, addressed any concerns, then got right to work. Joel did have to come in my home to access a french door which exits to a balcony, he was respectful, clean and helpful. Joel cleaned the windows beautifully and in a timely fashion. I would have no problem hiring this company again in the future. Well worth the price for the quality of work that was performed.
