+ -1 moreVery professional crew showed up no later than 7:30 AM and worked until 5 PM. Very agreeable with questions the owners had. Paul Carroll assisted the owners with defining the work to be performed and the selection of materials.
Description of Work: Completely refurbished the master bath including shower, tub, floor, vanity, counter top and floor. Replaced around fireplace. Replaced floor in the full bath. And installed a suspended ceiling and other finish work in the basement.

+ -1 moreThey were good, really good. They were very professional. They got the job done in three days like they said they would. They cleaned the stuff. They moved furniture; they put it back in the right places. They had taken pictures ahead of time. It was very well done. I would say, by all means hire them. I would definitely use their services again in the future if I needed to.

+ 2 moreWe did the right thing and didn't give them any money. We would have lost it if they went out of business.
Description of Work: We just had our basement remodeled but still needed to have the bathroom area finished. We bought the fixtures, tile, recessed lights, etc but asked them to frame and install everything. Paul Carroll provided a fair quote $4500 (in comparison to three other bids). He told us in Sep that he wouldn't be able to start the job until Dec 2010 but he still needed 1/3 down in order to put us on his schedule. In today's economy and not knowing if he would still be in business we offered to put down $500 but never heard from him again. I'm glad we went with Jireh Builders who had the same quote and was able to start in October.

+ 1 moreMy overall experience was excellent. Paul and Bright Looks delivered on their promise to completely finish the bathroom while we were out of town on our honeymoon. All tasks were completed as stated in the quote. Some small details were not immediately to my liking. I contacted Paul with the information and questions. He was able to provide detailed answers and agreed to modify any of the small details that I was not in love with. We love our new bathroom!
Description of Work: Bright Looks remodeled our bathroom while we were on our honeymoon. They had exactly one week to completely finish the job. It included: -floor and wall tile -base bathroom preparation including cement backer and prep -drywall repair -interior paint -installation of a ceiling light/fan combo -new electrical outlets and switches -copper plumbing repair -trim work

I am very happy with the end result so far! I would absolutely hire him again. We are thinking about repainting the entire house and plan to get a quote from him.
Description of Work: He did a full bath including shower, crafts room, layout, framing in and finishing of it, except for floor covering in our basement.
