It went great. We paid in advance and saved money. They showed up on time with professional looking and acting employees and took care of the job. Also photo it and showing us on the spot what was in there before and how it looked after they were done. Good job. Price of the job has size factors. We have a small house it wasn't bad.

Employees were very friendly, punctual, and did a good job of illustrating the work being performed. I also like how they wore shoe covers in the home and covered the floor when bringing in the giant vacuum hose. The only issue I have is that there was dust on almost every surface when they were done. They said they didn't cover the vents because it reduced the suction, but I believe this was the reason dust was on our furniture. If the vents were covered, this would reduce the dust in the air when they agitate the ducts. That aside, they seemed to do a good job cleaning the ducts and I would consider hiring them again. I would just maybe put something by the vents to reduce the amount of dust that gets loose in the air.

Wonderful having them here! Very friendly and easy to talk with. Showed pictures of other houses and explained what they were going to do. I was invited to watch....I explained my fear of bees and wasps and my door was covered to keep the chances down of one flying in the house as they worked! I was shown before and after pictures of my house!!!! My vent had been cleaned, I believe, last year....but it really needed it again. I was told to watch that due to the dog hair here!!! They are reasonable in price and well worth having out!

It went great. The team was professional and happy to answer any questions I had. They left the house clean.

Everything went fine until I looked at my lint trap on my dryer. There was so much lint and it wasn't where it normally would be after doing a load. Disappointed.

They arrived on time. Walked me through the entire process and answered my questions. Then they gor "down to work". They were respectful if the house, effectient in their work, friendly and prifessional. I especiallt appreciated thete wete ni high pressure sales tactics to provide additional work.

I had a good experience. I had priced others. The truck broke down the day they were supposed to come but they did come the next morning.

Very well. Eric explained every step, showed me the before and after photos of ducts interiors. Also cleaned the dryer vent at no extra charge. They were very friendly and efficient. They should tell you that you need to vacuum your entire house after they have cleaned your air ducts. The air ducts in our 50 year old house, which had never been cleaned before, were very clean after they finished.

I was dusting and vacuuming for 5 days after they left. Not sure if that is normal for duct cleaning, because this was the first time we had it done. However, they did not cover the cold air returns when vacuuming duct work as I later saw on videos should be done.

They did the job beautifully, I was very impressed; They explained everything that they were doing & they also showed what they were doing; and they showed me pictures before and after they cleaned the air duct & air return; they were very professional & they did the job; I will recommend the company to friends & relatives. they came punctually.

Eric was very professional and informative. He took the time to explain to my daughter in law and grandson what he was doing and explain the before and after results.

Crew was professional and courteous. Angie's List Big Deal did not cover whole house so needed to pay for additional coverage, but overall, very happy with results.

Appears to have done a good job,will know better when furnace is used this winter.

I had questions about the service and I tried to call before they came. Left several messages with no response. They arrived on time. They told me that it was important to have the furnace cleaned and that would be 100.00. If it was so critical why was I not told ahead of time. They showed me pictures of my vents in comparison to others and mine did not look that bad. I could have waited until it was more easily affordable but since they were already here I agreed. I did reduce the number of extra vents to help subsidize the additional cost. They were professional and personable. When they cleaned the dryer vent there was enough link to qualify as a fire hazard. I was happy then that I had not waited any longer. I also received an email from the company requesting feed back which I provided. It mirrored what I have said here. I don't disagree that cleaning the furnace should be the first step but I also think that people should know ahead of time that it is recommended. That would make for a better buying decision and experience. I don't like being up sold. Sandra D'Arcy

Vents are clean...but it seemed like all the dirt and dust was blown all over the house, instead of sucked up..

It all went mostly good. The only thing I did not like was that they left a mess in the basement that I had to spend 45 mins cleaning with a shopvac

They did a great job. When they showed me what was coming out of my air ducts, I was confident I made the right decision. They were very professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend Sani Clean

It was a wonderful experience. The gentlemen were on time, very professional, explained everything that was to be done, and cleaned up. There was a noticeable difference in the before and after pictures of the ducts. Any furniture that had to be moved prior to the cleaning was put back. They even swept the mulch wood chips back into the landscape of my lawn after the tubing for the duct and vent cleaning had scattered the chips

Fully satisfied. Service professionals were fully aware of their job and explained every step (to be performed) in detail. I definitely recommend their service. $20 extra for ducts more than 10 ducts. I had 30 vents in total and it costed $400 more. Ducts must be counted carefully to estimate full cost of this service. I am totally satisfied though I had to pay more than what I estimated.

The service was outstanding. Eric and Jason arrived at my home right on time. They worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. They explained the steps of the cleaning service and obviously take pride in the job that they do. I would hire them again without any hesitation.

The Sani Clean team was prompt and effective. They were very personable, and took time to show me how and why they do the specific tactics they use to clean out ducts. I found interesting the history of how their process has changed over the years to be as effective as they are.
