+ -1 moreHopefully, they will come out this week, they haven’t come out yet. They are here every week. If you want like tree trimming in the Spring & Fall, it’s an additional $150, which is not bad. They’re good. I think the price is great. I use them every year. They come on a regular basis, they always make sure that it’s cut well. They don’t cut it too short, they don’t cut it too long. They are very good about the edging and cleaning up the driveway; and the fact that they have really nice guys. I have been using them now for 5 or 6 years.
Description of Work: They mow my lawn. They mow the front and the back. They edge and blow all the stuff away.

+ -1 moreThe crew shows up on their scheduled day without fail. They complete all services quickly and professionally. Crew is always polite and efficient. A year ago I hired C Mark to trim a line of hedges that were severely over grown (20 years worth over grown). The job turned out to be much more than expected - but they held true to their quote - despite the hours of extra work and hauling. A+ all the way.
Description of Work: Complete lawn care on weekly basis - mow, edge lawn and remove debris.

Description of Work: NEEDED TO GET MY BACKYARD DRAINED PROPERLY. HE FIRST QUOTED $800 TO TIE INTO THE CITY DRAIN. COULD NOT FIND DRAIN. MOVED TO DIG PIT TO ABSORB FLOW FROM DOWNSPOUTS. TOOK A WHILE WORST PROBLEM WAS HE TIED 2 ZONES OF SPRINKLERS TOGETHER THAT CANNOT BE FIXED WITHOUT MAJOR DIGGING. PROMISED TO FIX SEVERAL TIMES NEVER DID. I STOPPED CALLING HIM AFTER 6 MOS, SENT HIM LETTERS. PROMISES BUT NO RESPONSE. ALSO BROKE NEIGHBORS CONCRETE DRIVEWAY WITH DOZER NEVER FIXED, NEVER PAID HIS SHARE. MY COST $600 TO NEIGHBOR. WORK OK, PRICE TOO HIGH, FOLLOW UP AWFUL BEWARE. GET IT ALL IN WRITING. HOLD OUT 15% TO INSURE FIXES ARE DONE. TEST ANYTHING THEY TOUCH TO MAKE SURE THEY WORK AFTER HE LEAVES. OWES ME SOD, CONCRETE PAYMENT AND SPRINKLER FIX GOOD LUCK

Description of Work: THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO RETURN THIS YEAR TO FINISH WHAT THEY STARTED LAST FALL.I NEVER REC'D THE QUOTE FOR THE FINISH WORK AFTER MEETTING WITH THE SALESMAN THIS SPRING.THE WORK THEY DID IN 2011 TOOK MUCH LONGER THAN PROMISED BECAUSE OF HUNTING SEASON.
