house cleaning
 + -1 moreThe job for a big clean of a 3100 sq ft home which should take 6 hrs min,took her 4 hrs. She missed several things while cleaning the first time (behind both toilets). When she returned the next week she did not sweep or wash any of my floors and missed an entire bathroom. I did contact her immediately after, she did offered to come back and clean what was missed and drove back immdediately however she had missed nearly half of what was supposed to be done. And it was all written room by room for her. I declined. I decided that after only two weeks of cleaning and entire rooms are being missed what is coming in the weeks to come.
