 + -1 moreMy experience was fine. It took them a couple of days to come out because they are busy, but they kept the appointment. They just did the job. I thought the price was a little high, but that might be the going rate. They came out when they told me they could.
Description of Work: I used Heat & Sweep. They fixed my gas fireplace.

 + -1 moreThey glass door fell off. I tried to contact them and they sent a guy out, but he said he needed a part to fix it. Later, after some follow-up, they told me that they did not have the part. Later, they told me that it was not their fault and that they were not going to fix it. I complained with the BBB, but they did not respond to them. Finally, I contacted the Attorney General's office and they contacted this company. A rep was out after they were contacted by the Attorney General's office and they had it fixed in a matter of minutes.
Description of Work: They installed a glass door on my fireplace.
