Description of Work: I originally wrote a bad review since this provider did not return my call for service quick enough to meet my timing. I just received a gift card for dinner for not returning my call quick enough to (2 days) which was just astounding. I now realize I probably was too harsh on him since he may have had problems getting the message from his service after hours and I should not have put the blame on him. I now realize he takes his business and customer seriously . If possible,please remove my earlier poor rating on this provider.

 + -1 moreAs a total "weekend warrior", I started dismantling an old 70's "bar" in the family room and 1/2 way through, found I was unable to finish the job myself. Gary came out and finished capping a pipe that was hard to reach and refitted a drain pipe back behind the wall for me. He responded promptly to my call (came out next afternoon), showed up exactly when promised, and finished up in under 90 minutes. Big plus: did not make me feel foolish for attempting the job myself. Not much of a talker, but for a hundred bucks, who needs chit chat. I have recommended him several times to people asking for referrals. Wouldn't hesitate to call him again.

He checked thoroughly, asked us to call back if the problem recurs. Did not charge. Said "he did not perform any real service to charge". prompt and courteous.
