The technician, and I talked by telephone and by email with questions I had and they had about format, headings, etc. I felt like they cared about the job and would take good care of the materials.They returned my originals carefully packed. The DVDs were wonderful; my children, grandchildren and I enjoyed them. I had one VHS tape of my husband's memorial gathering, which we for years thought had no sound; but when I got back the DVD, we could hear the voices and choir. Some of the old slides looked washed out; and I really wondered if they could be copied, but, wow, they look great. I made copies for my brothers and it was such a pleasure to see them this holiday season. The service was prompt and the DVDs came in a nice album. Excellent all around!
Description of Work: American Video Transfer transferred and copied all my old VHS tapes to DVD and made some copies. They also scanned all 250 of my Dad's old slides from the 1950's onto a computer disk.
