+ -1 morePhil Govan of the Perfect Painter was prompt, reliable and did a great job on the interior rooms of my house that needed to be painted. He was easy to communicate with, unlike a few other painter contractors I interviewed. He came out first and gave me an estimate. He showed up and started the job on time, and completed the job within his estimated time frame. (There is nothing that irritates me more than workmen who promise to do a job within certain time parameters, and then don't show up for days and act like you're the one with the problem when you call to ask what's up) Phil kept me informed. He also went above and beyond with minor repairs-- patching, picking up molding to match, removing stubborn wall paper trim. He was intuitive regarding what the house needed and made intelligent suggestions. On top of all this I thought his pricing was competitive and very reasonable. I would choose The Perfect Painter again in a flash!
Description of Work: Painted interior rooms of my house. Patched and made minor repairs. Installed missing molding.

+ -1 moreHe does good work for our community and his prices are fair. The work is neat and he is also trustworthy. I would give him straight a's but the work was done 3 years ago and I am having him out again soon. Perhaps, he'll have staight a's after his next visit.
